Scope of demolition and removal work is shown on drawings and specified in Section 02 4100. B. Remove existing air cooled chiller CHR-1 serving Collins Hall. C. Provide new air cooled chillers and connect to existing chilled water piping. D. Perform electrical work in support of demolition of existing HVAC and installation of new HVAC systems. E. Project lay-down area will be limited, and will be coordinated with SGSC Provide fencing and protect trees. Restore lay-down area upon completion of project. F. Protect existing floors, finishes and building during the HVAC upgrades. G. Make other improvements as noted on the Drawings. H. the Owner intends to occupy portions of the existing building during the entire construction period. I. Cooperate with the Owner to minimize conflict and to facilitate the Owner's operations. J. Schedule the Work to accommodate the Owner occupancy.
