The project site is situated on the island of Oʻahu in Wahiawā. The work consists of restoring the operations of Wells 24 and 26 and the booster pump including the installation of sections of 12- inch diameter irrigation transmission lines. The scope of work includes all design, labor, equipment, materials, permits and other incidentals required to complete the required improvements. The work on the well pumps and motors must include all materials and labor to restore well operations. If required, remove and repair the pumps. Replace pumps and motors if the pumps and motors cannot be repaired. Remove and replace existing valves, pipes and fittings, and provide new shelter for the well pump and motor and associated pipes and fittings.Provide complete replacement for the existing motor starters, electrical controls, and equipment enclosures, including complete replacement of all wiring. Provide necessary improvements to obtain HECO power.
