Specifications include, but are not limited to: 22.2. Irrigation System Management Contractor must be knowledgeable of all common irrigation systems and be willing and able to set timers for optimal irrigation of athletic fields. a. Advise managers as to how the irrigation schedules should be set. b. Coordinate irrigation times with turf treatments and event activities. c. Adjust timers on irrigation systems to account for weather and turf needs. d. Regularly monitor irrigation needs and adjust timers accordingly. e. City will be responsible for winterizing, de-winterizing, maintaining irrigation systems. f. Contact information for park managers at each location will be provided. 22.3. Agronomic Treatments a. Contractor must have experience maintaining common area/landscape areas on a regular basis within the last 12 months. b. Contractor must have experience maintaining multiple football fields, multiple soccer fields, and multiple softball fields at the highest level within the past 12 months. c. Experience MUST include laser grading infield dirt surfaces using Advanced Engineered Soils infield mix. d. No exception to chemicals unless specifically identified as "or City Approved Equal". e. Treatments may not be limited to the following locations. Any service volume listed should be used as a guide. Service numbers may vary depending on weather, event schedules, etc. f. Treatment dates may need to change due to event schedules. Contractor will need to coordinate with park manager.
