Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Develop a detailed plan for the implementation of the IDS tailored to the attached requirements • Procure necessary hardware, software, and licenses for the IDS implementation • Install, configure, and optimize the IDS solution to ensure maximum effectiveness in detecting and responding to security threats. • Integrate the IDS with existing security systems and protocols • Provide training, as necessary, to personnel on the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the IDS • Conduct testing and validation to ensure the IDS meets required standards and regulations • Document all aspects of the IDS implementation process, including configurations, chain of custody, procedures, and training materials
