Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contract Item must meet or exceed the mandatory requirements listed below. 3.1.1 The vendor must be registered with the West Virginian Secretary of State Office and be of good standing. 3.1.2 The nitrogen generator must have the ability to log vital information which includes but not limited to low psi, voltage fluctuations, capacity overflow, and service reminders. 3.1.3 The nitrogen generator must have two compressor pumps. 3.1.4 The nitrogen generator must include a one-year preventative maintenance plan. 3.1.5 Nitrogen Generator Drying Gas 3.1.5.1 The drying gas type must be Nitrogen. 3.1.5.2 The drying gas must have a minimum purity of 99%. 3.1.5.3 The drying gas must be moisture free. 3.1.5.4 The drying gas hydrocarbons must be less than 5 ppm. 3.1.5.5 The drying gas flow must be greater than or equal to 15 SLPM at a minimum psi of 75. 3.1.5.6 The drying gas must be able to connect to a ¼ inch (6.4mm) OD tubing push fit connector on the back of the LC/MSMS. 3.1.6 Nitrogen Generator Source Gas 3.1.6.1 The Source gas must be Zero-Air 3.1.6.2 The Source gas phthalates must be less than 5 ppm. 3.1.6.3 The Source gas particle size must be less than 0.01µm. 3.1.6.4 The drying gas flow must be greater than or equal to 67 SLPM at a minimum psi of 100. 3.1.6.5 The drying gas must be able to connect to a ¼ inch (6.4mm) OD tubing push fit connector on the back of the LC/MSMS...
