Specifications include, but are not limited to: Vendor shall provide a fleet of standard gas golf cars consisting of twenty-five (25) operative vehicles on site, at Goddard Memorial State Park’s Golf Course from April 1, 2024, through November 30, 2028. Vendor will drop off the twenty-five golf cars annually on April 1st and will pick them up annually on December 1st . Previous golf cars for this location were 2015 Yamaha Drive 2 Gas Golf Cars, golf cars for this RFP must be similar or equivalent, but 2016 or newer. Golf cars must be gas powered. The Vendor shall provide a weekly schedule for vehicle maintenance. In addition to the weekly maintenance, the Vendor must provide schedule unlimited service calls, as needed, throughout the season. These calls would be required for emergency situations and the response must occur within the time frame of that business day or in a time frame agreed upon by DEM. The unlimited service calls shall be provided on weekends and holidays, as necessary, in addition to weekdays. If a vehicle is to be picked up for repair, the Vendor will replace the vehicle with an equivalent vehicle, so that there are 25 operative vehicles on site for the duration of the contract.
