Specifications include, but are not limited to: Phase 1 of this project includes the construction of a new 2-story academic learning communities, community commons, kitchen, administration suite, and new main entry. This will include the demolition of the existing 1-story southern academic wing, and sitework to re-develop student and staff parking, bus lanes, parent drop-off, and demolition and replacement of two tennis courts. Phase 2 (which is a future phase and not part of this bid) includes a new competition gym, locker rooms, wrestling room, and CTE addition. Renovation of existing athletic space into expanded backstage auditorium support space is also included in the future Phase 2 work. The project includes the full scope of work for construction: site work, utilities, paving, concrete, precast concrete, masonry, steel, carpentry, thermal & moisture protection, openings, finishes, specialties, equipment, furnishings, elevators, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical.
