Specifications include, but are not limited to: The stalls need to be interlocking steel frame with vinyl cover construction. The stalls must be at least 10' x 14', 7ft height, constructed from doublewalled High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) partitions. The stalls must be covered by a tent structure with a 12' aisleway. The total tent should be 40' wide to accommodate both stalls and aisles. Stalls must have full length doors with solid lower panel and bar top panels. The stalls must have lighting installed; Kentucky Horse Park to supply appropriate electrical access. The tents must be clear span and provide at least 2ft of overhang beyond the stalls. Contractor to provide labor and equipment to provide clean stalls. Installation of all stalls are the responsibility of the contractor. The cost offer is to be for a total of 240 stalls.Stalls must be in place by end of business on May 3, 2024. Length of rental will be at least 10 weeks and may extend in necessary for construction delays of new barns. Weekly rental cost for temporary stalls and tenting.
