Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is to obtain competitive proposals from qualified individuals and firms interested in providing full service General Maintenance and Custodial Services. Central Community School System ("CCSS") seeks a contractor that will provide superior General Maintenance and Custodial Services at a fiscally responsible cost. Although cost is of importance, proposing the lowest price will not assure the award of the contract. CCSS demands professional reliable, timely, and efficient service. Failure to address CCSS concerns and requirements as set forth in this RFP may disqualify a proposer from consideration. CCSS will require the Contractor to provide professional general maintenance and custodial services, management, and adequate workforce and supervision.
