Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Construct asphalt streets, concrete streets, roundabout, concrete islands, curbs, ADA curb ramps, sidewalks, and driveways. • Construct moment slab and concrete parapet at retaining walls. • Install modular block wall, fencing and pedestrian rails at retaining walls. • Construct water quality swale, and gravel road. • Install water quality fences and gate at water quality swale. • Install storm water structures and pipes. • Install erosion control measures. • Install temporary traffic control devices and signs. • Install pavement markings and delineations. • Install street trees, shrubs, ground covers, and vegetations. • Perform additional and Incidental Work as called for by the Specifications and Plans.
