Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Engineering Services A. The awarded respondent shall perform the following work upon Contract award: i. Provide no fewer than three recommended methods of resolving ongoing leaks from the building perimeter, with rough-order-ofmagnitude cost estimates to assist in Borough selection; ii. Develop an architectural and engineering design and complete budget development for the project; iii. Prepare specifications and drawings; iv. Assist the Borough in preparation of a complete bid package; v. Provide construction administration services, including periodic review of work in progress to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications; vi. Contract for and review the drawings and specifications prepared by specialty design consultants; and vii. Complete Commissioning of the project to ensure that it has met the project drawings and specifications. B. The following are project phases that the awarded respondent must complete: i. Design Development: provide bid ready construction drawing; ii. Construction Documents: provide bid ready construction specifications; iii. Bidding: Provide support during this phase for answers to questions; iv. Construction Administration: Provide administrative review over the construction process once the contract has been awarded. This often includes walk-through visits of the site, preparation of meetings, incremental inspection of the work, and review of contractor applications for payment; and v. Commissioning: Ensure that the work has been completed in compliance with the original construction documents.
