Specifications include, but are not limited to: Proposer will provide the following goods/services: 2.1. Must support HL7 2.3.x. 2.2. Must interface with Medicat EHR, Quest Diagnostics, Cepheid Genexpert, Beckman Coulter DxH 520, Abaxis Piccolo, Siemens Clinitek. Interfaces with these systems should be included in the cost of the final product for new vendors. 2.3. TCP/IP interfacing for future analyzers. 2.4. Support for cloud hosting of database server, HL7 inbound workstation, HL7 outbound workstation. 2.5. Must support ICD-10 codes. 2.6. Must demonstrate ability to export billing codes, statuses, and messages to reference lab partners. 2.7. Must demonstrate ability to support label languages EPL2, ZPL2, USB, and File Drop. 2.8. Must comply with University of Oregon, CLIA, OHA, and other federal and state of Oregon data retention requirements as applicable by law. 2.9. Must comply with all Federal and state of Oregon laws and regulations. 2.10. Must provide 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year technical support via phone and online portal. 2.11. Software updates to the newest version should be included as part of the annual service agreement. 2.12.
