Prove comprehensive support to include: a) Ongoing management of pre-conveyance rights and obligations as well as developer obligations to ensure completion in accordance to the terms of the Development Agreement and conditions set forth by the Anchorage Assembly in AO 2023-137 (pending Assembly approval). b) Facilitate public private partnership negotiations regarding developer’s planning, programming, development, and construction schedule with municipal planning approval and development services processes. c) Review and approval of invoices submitted by Developer for payment. After review and approval, invoices to be forwarded to Real Estate Director for payment processing. d) Communication of project status on a weekly/as needed basis to Real Estate Director. e) Perform site visits as necessary and report back to Real Estate Director. f) Attend development meeting(s) as required
