Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Determine what information and level of design will be included in the catalog. 2. Work with the Assembly and Building Services department to determine the process for how pre-approved plans will be reviewed for Title 21 and Title 23 conformance and develop the process for how developers will obtain plan sets and move pre-approved plans through the permitting process. 3. Create plan sets for two ADUs, at least one single-family, at least one duplex, at least one triplex and at least one fourplex to the file format specifications set out by the Building Services department. 4. Work with the Assembly and Building Services department to create the text in the catalog explaining how to use the plans and the process that can be used to get plans approved and into use. 5. Include suggestions for how to expand the program to include more designs in the future. 6. Include suggestions on how to update plans over time to ensure conformance with any future changes to Title 21, Title 23 and any other municipal or state building requirements.
