Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor agrees to provide to the Davis Technical College (DAVISTECH) all labor, tools, materials, and equipment necessary to provide maintenance, monitoring, inspections, upgrades, repair and miscellaneous services for fire alarm systems and fire suppression systems at all DAVISTECH buildings. Contractor will respond onsite to emergency service calls made Monday through Friday, weekends and holidays, if necessary, within a one (1) hour period. Contractor will respond to all service calls by trying to resolve the problem over the phone or by providing on-site support within 24 hours of the call. All service-related calls made to Contractor are to be returned within thirty (30) minutes or less. Service calls not related to routine maintenance must be coordinated with the College Safety Department Contract Administrator prior (SDCA) to the visit. If circumstances prevail in which service must be performed at other times, special arrangements must be made with the College Safety Coordinator or designee. Contractor shall obey all federal, state, county, and municipal laws, ordinances, regulations, and rules applicable to its operations. Any violation of applicable law shall constitute a breach of this Agreement and Contractor shall hold the College harmless from any and all liability arising out of, or in connection with, said violations including any attorney’s fees and costs incurred by College as a result of such violation.
