Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Tempe (City) is seeking proposals from qualified individual Attorneys to act as Court Appointed Attorneys for indigent defendants who are entitled by law to have an Attorney, serve as advisory counsel and/or counsel appointments made in the interest of justice in the City of Tempe Municipal Court. Contracts will become effective on the date of award. Awarded Attorneys must be able to commence work at that time. Successful individuals must have the ability to handle a high number of cases with short turn-around time while competently representing their clients with reasonable diligence and promptness as required by the Arizona Rules of Professional Conduct.
