Specifications include, but are not limited to: Murray City invites qualified professionals to submit a proposal for Material Specifications for Light Emitting Diode (LED) Streetlight fixtures. The objective of this request is to procure LED streetlight fixtures to replace our existing High-Pressure Sodium (HPS) streetlight fixtures, thereby initiating an energy-efficient project aimed at significantly reducing energy costs for street lighting. It is estimated that this project will result in a reduction of approximately 44% in energy consumption. The project will be executed in multiple phases over a span of three years. The first phase will focus on the replacement of decorative lights (100 units) along State, Vine, Cottonwood, and Woodrow Streets, as well as a third of our Cobra Head style streetlights (600 units).
