Specifications include, but are not limited to: The contractor will answer eight (8) toll-free trunk lines (only one published number) to provide hunt application information to prospective applicants from February 6, 2024 through March 22, 2024 at the hours and times described below. In all written reference to the toll-free number (including but not limited to the guidebook, press releases, etc.) DWR will identify the hours for which those lines will be answered as 7:00 AM to 10:30 PM Mountain Time, 7 days a week, excluding Christmas day, Thanksgiving and New Year’s Day. Phone lines will remain open on the last day of each application period until the application closes or longer in the event of unforeseen downtime. In addition, any references to draw results and obtaining draw results will indicate that they will not be available until the release date of March 1, 2024. Deliverables: Provide and staff eight (8) toll free lines for the hours and times described.
