Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. Specifications include, but are not limited to: Salt Lake County (SLCo) on behalf of its Fleet Management department is seeking to contract with Genuine Auto Parts, dba NAPA Auto Parts. NAPA’s IBS (Integrated Business Solutions) system is the only platform that can integrate into Fleet Management’s system. NAPA is the only supplier that has a real time work order integration into Assetworks, an asset management software that Fleet Management utilizes. This allows work orders to assign parts and usages immediately, which is vital for billing and tracking costs for County vehicles. Modification is not available, and any other supplier would need to build an interface with Assetworks to be considered as a supplier. The County is not currently looking to get a new asset management software as this would be cost prohibitive.
