Contractor(s) will be expected to provide an online catalog of service award gifts in five (5) year increments, beginning at five (5) years of service, around a specific price point including personalization and shipping. All items must have engravings, pin, charm, zipper pull, or plate with COM logo. The Contractor(s) will be expected to handle the ordering, processing, personalization, and shipping of the selected gift to an address specified by the eligible employee. SERVICE PIN/PENDANTS AND ZIPPER PULLS: A service pin, pendant, and zipper pull with a stone appropriate for each year level must be included in the gift selection. Contractor(s) must specify what materials/metals are used in the award.
