Specifications include, but are not limited to: Install a 5-foot-high fence along the 400 West property line adjacent to the building including two short sections at each end to enclose the area. (see diagram below.) 2 pedestrians gates with lockable keypads. Total length of fencing is approximately 120-feet. Bids will need to confirm footage length. Fence materials to be black wrought iron/steel that matches existing fencing. Top of fencing to be a pinch top style. Bid to include acquisition of city build permits and assurance of property line. Bid to include any additional supplies required for the fence installation (i.e. cement, rock). All materials are to be purchased and provided by Contractor. Clean up post install, including removal of construction and install materials.
