Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City is seeking qualified contractors to provide services to include modular furniture disassembly, relocation, and installation services at various locations through the City of Mesa, on an as needed basis. Contractors may also be requested to clean the panels, using a steam cleaning machine before panel installation. Occasionally, the City may have other items to move such as filing cabinets, chairs, appliances, etc. The Contractor shall provide all equipment, materials, supplies, and personnel necessary to perform services as required under this contract. Services are generally performed during normal City of Mesa business hours, Monday through Thursday, 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Some moves may be scheduled after working hours to minimize the interruption of public services.
