Specifications include, but are not limited to: Services to be performed to include pre-construction services and ultimately construction management services for the construction of a new facility for the Maricopa County Elections Department. The new facility is expected to be a multi-story facility which will include spaces with varying uses including but not limited to warehouse spaces, loading docks, and office spaces. Project is expected to be completed in an expedited manner. Project may also require these services at facilities/locations identified in the project location/vicinity map that help enable or support the construction and or ultimately the final use of the new facility. While there is currently a proposed site identified and provided in this solicitation, the final site for the new facility is subject to change by the Maricopa County Facilities Management Department (FMD) and may be in a new location not identified in this solicitation or within the boundaries identified on the provided vicinity map. Nevertheless, the project will be in the metro-Phoenix area. The selected firm will begin in an agency support role for the pre-construction services and will, at some point prior to construction, assume the risk of delivering the project through a guaranteed maximum price contract.
