Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Videos (5): Careers at Rochester Public Utilities (RPU) ▪ Produce five videos of approximately two minutes. ▪ RPU/City will provide a script, adapted from a recently published graphic novel. ▪ Content will be “a day in the life” of five different RPU employees/job types: line worker, plant operator, water operator, customer care, and engineer ▪ At least 5 shoot days to capture a range of activities for each of the five job types. 2. Videos (2): City of Rochester Recruiting ▪ Produce two videos for general teammate recruitment: A showcase video of four to six minutes and a snapshot video of no more than two minutes. ▪ Provide script writing for two videos. o City will provide content outline, and review and approval of script. o 2 rounds of revisions maximum (plus one final opportunity for small edits after first (rough cut) edit. ▪ Approximately 10 partial-day video shoots to capture a variety of subjects and locations.
