Specifications include, but are not limited to: The work to be done under this Contract consists of the following: 1. Contractor shall facilitate the repair of 9 (nine) manholes that have broken concrete collars and/or have settled to create a pothole, reducing the safety of the highway. a. The contractor shall be fully responsible for the saw cutting and removal of the roadway debris, transportation of debris, and final debris disposal. 3. The contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the efficient and effective removal, replacement, and surface restoration at each work site. 4. The contractor shall be responsible for dust control and all other environmental safeguards and protections as necessary. All such safeguards and protections shall comply with federal and state laws and regulations regarding same. 5. All debris shall be disposed in compliance with federal, state, or local laws, regulations, or guidelines providing for proper disposal of the particular type of debris.
