All vehicles provided to the Woonsocket School Department under this Contract shall be fully fueled by the Contractor at all times during the school year at no additional cost to the Woonsocket Education Department. This specification provides no provision for fuel adjustment charges. 2. Under No Child Left Behind, the Contractor may be required to provide additional buses. The Woonsocket School Committee retains the right to collaborate with nearby school districts for transportation services whenever possible. These buses are used primarily for regular and special education, including, but not limited to Vocational, PreKindergarten, Parochial School, Job Placement, Parenting In-Progress, etc. The Woonsocket Education Department currently uses all of its buses to meet any need, which may arise, regardless of its primary use, to best serve the needs of the system. No additional charges will be paid unless usage exceeds daily limits of mileage or hours. 3. If buses are not garaged within the City of Woonsocket, all routes will be measured from one centrally located site (within the city) to be determined by the administration of the Woonsocket Education Department.
