Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Hawaii Department of Transportation (HDOT) seeks to select a single vendor to provide a complete turnkey, electronic automated Periodic Motor Vehicle Inspection (PMVI) program for the four (4) counties (Honolulu, Hawaii, Kauai and Maui) located on six islands in the State of Hawaii. The selected Offeror shall design, furnish, deliver, install, oversee the operation, repair and maintenance of the automated program and shall provide all related equipment, software, material, on-site personnel for installation, support, maintenance, training, and services and support necessary for day-to-day operations. The program focuses on motor vehicle mechanical inspections rather than emissions inspections.
