Specifications include, but are not limited to: Build Block Wall and Cover with Brick 4.1.1.1 Must be: Height of 34 Inches Width of 48 Inches With a 2 Inch Topper 4.1.1.2 The wall should be set on a concrete foundation. 4.1.1.3 The wall must not exceed twelve (12) square feet, to be compliant with the East End Historic District. 4.1.1.4 The wall must be set back at least 10 feet from the property line, to be compliant with the East End Historic District. 4.1.1.5 The Vendor shall be responsible for removing and disposing of the current signage. 4.1.1.5 The Supplies needed to build the wall will be supplied by the School Building Authority. Two - Bronze Plaque Must be: Height of 22 Inches Width of 44 Inches The Recessed paint-filled background must be Brown Leatherette. The Lettering must be Raised and Brushed Gold Satin in color. The Information on the Plaque will be a minimum of the following: 4.1.2.4.1 Address: 2300 Kanawha Boulevard, East 4.1.1.4.2 Agency: School Building Authority of West Virginia 4.1.1.4.3 May have the West Virginia State Seal and School Building Authority Logo. The Border should be Beveled Edge and Brushed Satin Gold in Color. The Vendor must mount/install Plaques on Brick Structure with Blind Stud Mounting.
