Specifications include, but are not limited to: To furnish and deliver all materials and to perform all work in accordance with the Contract, the Plans and the approved Department of Transportation "Standard Specifications for Construction, 2020 Edition” (using English units)", on file in the office of the Hennepin County Transportation Department, except as specifically stated otherwise in the Special Provisions attached hereto for the improvement of a certain section of County State Aid Highway (CSAH) No. 52, County Project No. 2210100, State Aid Project Nos. 027-652-043, 141-020-144, and 2783-225, MN Proj No HSIP 2724 (088), on which proposals will be received until 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 12, 2024; this work being located between 10th Avenue SE and 12th Avenue SE within the City of Minneapolis, being approximately 0.144 miles in length, all as indicated in the approved plans.
