Specifications include, but are not limited to: To furnish and deliver all materials and to perform all work in accordance with the Contract, the Plans and the approved Department of Transportation "Standard Specifications for Construction, 2020 Edition” (using English units)", on file in the office of the Hennepin County Transportation Department, except as specifically stated otherwise in the Special Provisions attached hereto for the improvement of a certain section of County State Aid Highway (CSAH) No. 4, 6, 9, 10, 12, 15, 33, 35, 50, 61, 66, 84, 101, 102, 103, 110, 121, 136, 144, County Road No. 103 and 116, County Project No. 4630000; 4830006, State Aid Project No. 027-604-618; 027-612-020; 027-633-009; 027-635-040; 027-650-007; 027-684-004; 027-701-039; 027-744-011; 027-610- 035; 027-721-011, on which proposals will be received until 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 12, 2024; this work being located within the Cities of Brooklyn Center, Brooklyn Park, Champlin, Crystal, Dayton, Eden Prairie, Golden Valley, Greenfield, Hopkins, Independence, Maple Grove, Medina, Minneapolis, Minnetonka, Minnetrista, Orono, Robbinsdale, Rogers, St. Anthony, and Wayzata, all as indicated in the approved plans.
