Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Shawnee County Department of Corrections (SNDOC) is requesting proposals for the provision of a comprehensive and interactive inmate communications management system (System) within the department’s two facilities: The Adult Detention Center (ADC), which includes the Corrections Annex, and Juvenile Detention Center (JDC). The agreement will cover (at a minimum) hardware, software, recording, storage, and retrieval systems, including ongoing technical maintenance and support of the installed System. The initial term of the agreement will be five years. The department reserves the right to extend the contract without bid on a year-toyear or other basis thereafter, as agreed between the parties.
