Specifications include, but are not limited to: Services to include but are not limited to: • Weekly virtual project status updates • Survey and other field work • Easement acquisitions • Permitting (CDEEP, ACOE, CDOT, Inland Wetlands, Zoning, etc. and attendance as needed) • Development of detailed cost estimates • LOTCIP revisions and/or updates as required • 70%, 90%, Final Design plans • Attendance at up to two PIM’s for New Milford to include Powerpoint presentation and Q&A’s • Provide Construction RFP documents for submittal to Purchasing Authority • Prepare responses to bidder questions and Addenda as needed • Review bids and provide a recommendation of contract award • Assist in preparation of Construction Contract Documents for execution to successful bidder
