Specifications include, but are not limited to: Scoreboard shall be 26`-0” wide X 7`-0” high with LED Display. Including team scores for up to 10 innings, total RUNS and HITS to 99 and ERR (errors) to 9 for each team. • AT BAT to 99, BALL to three, STRIKE to 2, OUT to 2 and H/E (Hits or errors) with field position number for the error. • Scoreboard can show PITCH COUNT instead of AT BAT, as well as AT BAT or PITCH COUNT in place of H/E. • The scoreboard will have lighted (Team Name Message Centers) with 15” inch high lettering. All other lettering is to be 18” high. • The lights will have a RED, AMBER, or WHITE led digits. • All digits MUST be weather sealed, and all digits must be dimmable for different viewing conditions. • The Cabinet should include multiple different enamel-based colors to choose from. Power must be 120-volt AC power. • The cabinet MUST be anti- corrosive such as galvanized, powder coated, or All Aluminum. The Scoreboard shall include top mounted Park name banner with printed graphics or text, approximately 3`-0” H x 26`-0” W. • Must include control console with hard shell carrying case. Additionally, a Bluetooth based scoring app to control the board from anywhere on field via smartphone that is compatible with system. • All electrical work including disconnecting power, digging for any conduit cables, or wiring and necessary turf repairs. • Making all necessary connections to new scoreboard to make it fully operational, including reconnecting the power supply to new scoreboard. • Installing new scoreboard to existing structure, and any painting of poles if needed. • Include installation of any additional pole or structures if needed to complete this project. • All delivery and freight will be included in Bid. • All demolition and removal/ hauling away and proper disposal of the old scoreboard
