Specifications include, but are not limited to: Preventative Maintenance tasks to be performed include the following: 4.3.1. Inspect the system for proper operation and identify any repairs required. 4.3.2. Contractor shall make minor repairs such as stopping leaks, replacing fittings or other hardware, replacing worn out hoses, rebuilding pressure washer spray wands, repair or replacement of solenoids, repair or replacement of ozone injector valves, repair of pressure washer (limited to rebuild kit), and repair of pressure regulators. 4.3.3. Record meter readings and maintain comprehensive maintenance records. 4.3.4. Analyze system performance using maintenance records and observations to identify performance degradation trends and recommend appropriate corrective action. 4.3.5. Clean inlet filters – replace damaged or unserviceable filters as required. 4.3.6. Drain inlet filter box and vacuum clean. 4.3.7. Clean high pressure filter. Replace filter if unserviceable. 4.3.8. Ensure that the high pressure filter system “change filter” indicator functions correctly. 4.3.9. Exchange reverse osmosis membranes with cleaned units – replace worn, damaged, or otherwise unserviceable membranes as necessary. 4.3.10. Reverse osmosis membranes are to be cleaned by the Contractor off site and stored / handled so as to preserve membranes and protect them from damage. 4.3.11. Exchange ultra‐filtration filters with cleaned units – replace worn, damaged, or otherwise unserviceable filters as necessary. Ultra‐filtration filters are to be cleaned by the Contractor off site and stored / handled so as to preserve filters and protect them from damage. 4.3.12. Pump material from the Cyclonator tank to the waste holding & evaporation tank and hose out interior. Note: minimize use of rinse water to hose out tank. 4.3.13. Vacuum debris from tank. 4.3.14.
