Lane County (the “County”) is soliciting Request for Proposal (RFP) submissions from qualified professional design firms with interest in and ability to provide comprehensive architectural and engineering services related to the design and construction of a new short-term child, adolescent, and adult behavioral health crisis stabilization center. Typical architectural and engineering services will consist of programming verification, planning, design, and construction administration services for the Lane County Stabilization Center to be located between two major traffic corridors, I-105 and MLK Jr. Blvd., directly north of Autzen Stadium grounds, in Eugene, Oregon (the “Project”). The Project is expected to encompass a total building area of approximately 30,000-sq. ft., plus related site improvements at a total construction cost of approximately $22 million. Materials submitted in response to this RFP will be evaluated and used to identify the firm that the County finds most qualified to provide these services, pursuant to OAR 137-048-0220.
