Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this ITB is to establish a Contract for modernization and upgrade to the elevator at the DMV headquarters in Salem, for the benefit of ODOT. ODOT seeks the following services for the elevator modernization project: Programming, design, and engineering for the elevator upgrades and construction oversight to ensure construction and installation activities comply with all plans, specifications, and regulatory requirements. The project includes one passenger car with services anticipated for updates and improvements to machine room, hoistways, car and doors. All electrical work to be performed by licensed electrician and include permits for all electrical and elevator installation. Contractor to schedule all inspections with City of Salem.
