Specifications include, but are not limited to: OYA is seeking assistance in the development of training materials for PREA. The successful Offeror will work with the OYA PREA Coordinator to determine training components and content and develop up to three (3) training modules. Specifically, the successful Offeror shall provide the following services: 2.1 Determine Training Components and Content. The successful Offeror shall meet with OYA and other partnering members to participate in group discussion (“Meetings”) in order to collaborate and determine PREA training components and content as it relates to PREA policy and supporting OYA staff. Specifically, services shall include: a. Attend all scheduled Meetings up to ten (10) hours. b. Participate in the Meetings by providing specific input and feedback regarding content or components and provide recommendations on specific PREA training content as it relates to PREA policy and supporting OYA staff. c. All meetings shall be conducted virtually. 2.2 Develop OYA Specific Training Modules. The successful Offeror shall develop up to three (3) PREA training modules on the following content areas: (1) Recognizing signs of abuse and what to do when those warning signs are present (2) Techniques for identifying and responding to concerns regarding staff sexual misconduct or boundary issues (3) Disrupting unhealthy dynamics in a close-custody youth living unit. The Offeror shall complete the following for each training module: a. Create and provide the training modules. b. Submit each module to OYA for final approval. c. Each training module shall include a facilitator guide. d. Training must be scenario based and utilize practical application of policy. e. Training must utilize a trauma-informed lens. f. All training development shall be completed virtually.
