Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2.1. Goal/Objective 1: Review existing plans and conditions as well as the operation of the facility and evaluate while communicating effectively with the owner to determine a plan that can be implemented in a manner that will minimize disruption to concurrent operation of the facility and meet all objectives. 2.2. Goal/Objective 2: As a portion of this process outlined in Objective 1, provide all necessary services to design the facilities described in this EOI in a manner that is consistent with West Virginia State University needs, objectives, current law, and current code; while following the plan to design and execute the project within the project budget. 2.3. Goal/Objective 3: Provide Construction Contract Administration Services with Competent professionals that ensures the project is constructed and functions as designed.
