Specifications include, but are not limited to: In accordance with the background information above, the Schools have issued this Request for Proposals for the purchase, delivery and installation of two portable classrooms that meet the following requirements: Portables can be new or used provided that if used, the units are in good condition Each portable will be sized appropriately for an elementary classroom for 20 students ADA and code compliant (Units will be detached from school building) Two bathrooms in each portable, each with a toilet and a hand sink Climate controlled including heat and air conditioning in each unit Delivery, placement and installation in the selected site area at Highland Elementary School is to be completed by August 16, 2024 or earlier, if possible
