Specifications include, but are not limited to: Shepherd University is soliciting proposals for the replacement of its current parking software. The current software was developed internally utilizing Access databases and has become obsolete. Therefore, a new system needs to be implemented. REQUIREMENTS; A. Cloud based Parking Software Solution that works on Internet Browsers. B. Accessible through Desktop and Mobile Devices. C. Online and in person Permit Sales, Payment Options, and Ticket Dispute Options so that students, faculty, and staff can purchase permits, pay for tickets online, and have an option to dispute tickets. D. Portable Ticketing System so that parking tickets can be written with handheld devices with a portable printing option. E. Ability to have vehicle look up to determine if the vehicle is currently registered and has a permit.' F. Ability to custom define fields and create multiple violations. G. Ability to interface with Ellucian Banner SIS to update and apply holds on student accounts. H. Integration with Genetec Platform. I. Ability to track guest permit issuing.
