Through this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) and Request for Proposals (RFP), City of Aiken is seeking Qualification Statements and Proposals from interested and qualified firms. The New Mixed Use Building Project is planned to be constructed at: The proposed location is 141 Newberry Street, Aiken, SC. It encompasses three parcels which are 121-21-02-002, 121-21-02-001 and 121-21-02-003. The New Mixed Use Building Project will consist of a 36,000sf, three-story building. The 1st floor will consist of Conference and Meeting space of 12,000sf. The 2nd and 3rd floors will consist of private and open offices, conference rooms, meeting spaces, training rooms and multi-use spaces.
