Specifications include, but are not limited to: i. Auditory evaluations, assessment, auditory services, hearing impairment. ii. The offeror may provide diagnostic hearing evaluations at SRMC campus, to include pure tone and speech audiometry, otoacoustic emissions testing and impedance audiometry. iii. The individual may provide patient care services including assessment, diagnosis, prevention, identification, consultation, instruction, counseling and prognostication. iv. The offeror must meet the minimum qualifications which is a master’s degree in related discipline. v. The offeror will serve as a liaison to other health care providers. vi. The offeror must ensure adherence to hospital and department policies and procedures. The offeror must follow patient safety-related policies, procedures and protocols. The patient care assignment may include neonate, pediatric, adolescent adult and geriatric age groups. vii. Offeror must provide to SRMC campus documented competency and ongoing evaluation for individual providing the above described essential functions. viii. The individual will have EHR access and will comply with all UNMH HER policies. ix. The Offeror and individual shall work with department and UNMH HR to ensure compliance with all UNMH Human Resource training, policies and licensure requirements. x. UNMH and Offeror will work together to ensure all individuals meet UNMH requirement. UNMH may reject individual applicants if they are unable to meet requirements.
