Specifications include, but are not limited to: DAS Construction Services (DAS/CS) On-Call Energy Consultants will be providing engineering / consulting services to undertake carbon reduction and energy transition retrofit projects related to building energy and water using, generating or storing equipment and systems, along with their associated controls and energy management systems, perform energy audits, retro-commissioning, analysis and design of systems to reduce utility costs, calculate building Energy Use Intensity (EUI) and carbon footprint, and measure and verify existing conditions and results post-construction. Consultants will also provide feasibility studies, project development support, design and operation verification for renewable energy, energy storage and transition, and electric vehicle charging infrastructure projects as well as technologies, such as photovoltaic (PV), solar thermal, fuel cell, or wind turbine systems. Consultants will also provide operational evaluation and economic analyses for high-performance and decarbonized building, district heating, cooling, and energy plant systems.
