Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Sumner County Highway Department is accepting bids for concrete products to be used on various roads in Sumner County and by any other Sumner County Government Department for a 12-month period to begin 03/01/2024 and running through 02/28/2025. Prices shall be quoted per cubic yard for each item with no minimum or maximum purchase quantity or duration to be pledged. Prices shall be quoted disclosing the minimum yardage required to avoid delivery, fuel, and/or other surcharges. Some of these materials will be used on state aid jobs and should meet state requirements. Some of these materials may be used on projects funded through the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) and subject to State and Local Fiscal Recovery Fund (SLFRF) Rules and Regulations 31 CFR Part 35 and 2 CFR Part 200.
