Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Assist HWY-P in preparing Corridor Studies, HEPA and/or NEPA environmental documents, and other miscellaneous planning reports and studied. 2. Preparing construction plans, specifications, and estimates (PS&E) for various roadway related projects in accordance with State Highways and Federal Highway procedures and requirements. 3. Conducting field investigations. 4. Obtaining and reviewing “as-built” plans and records on file with the Planning Branch, Department of Transportation, and “as-built” plans with other agencies and utility companies. 5. Coordinating all activities with the Planning Branch and attending all project coordination meetings concerning the work required under the Project Assignments.
