This project includes the complete reappraisal and revaluation of all real property within the corporate limits of the Town of Ellington, Connecticut. After a field inspection of all arms-length sales from October 1, 2023 through October 1, 2025, and a detailed analysis of said sales, the Contractor shall set land values, delineate neighborhoods and make recommendations to the Assessor to create the tables in the CAMA system. This reappraisal and revaluation project shall include one (1) front and one (1) rear digitized photograph of each structure, in addition to retaining the prior photographs and input of these new photographs into CAMA system. This project shall also include comparison of all new data with current records of the Assessor to verify accuracy and all new data is to be entered into the CAMA system.
