Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2.1 The Contractor shall provide annual maintenance at a pre-set time according to the event calendar at WestWorld and as directed by the WestWorld Director. 2.2 The Contractor shall inspect all system components for leaks or problems that will require replacement of any major components before beginning work. 2.3 The Contractor shall install and remove the East and West Fabric Membrane Sections at Gable ends at the multi-purpose tent under the direction of WestWorld Director. 2.4 The Contractor shall inspect the tension, tightening and adjustments of all connections, fittings, joints and related fastening systems for the structure and fabric. 2.5 The Contractor shall repair all fabric requiring repairs, including all tears. 2.6 The Contractor shall provide written report at the conclusion of each site service which will include photos of any damage observed. Photos of damage and repairs made should also be included with any invoices submitted. 2.7 The Contractor shall provide the COS Contract Administrator a written quote for all repairs that will result in additional charges.
