Specifications include, but are not limited to: Expand the existing building to provide adequate space to relocate existing programs (welding, machine tool, prototype, robotics, and CAD lab) located in downtown Duluth back to main campus. • Add approximately 9,055 GSF addition, 2 levels, to the west end of the main campus. • Addition will house welding and CNC machine tool programs. • There is a mezzanine for an Air Handling Unit with storage underneath. • Remodel approximately 19,229 GSF, 2 levels in existing main campus adjacent to addition. • 1st Floor remodel will house Manual machine tool, Robotics, Prototype Inspection programs, tool storage and an office. • 2nd level remodel will update two classrooms to a CAD Lab and Computer Lab/Classroom.
