Specifications include, but are not limited to: A.The work to be performed generally consists of selective demolition of restroom wall finishes, fixtures and flooring; rebuilding door walls relocating doors to meet ADA clearances; furnishing and installing new flooring, finishes, fixtures and partitions; new lighting, electrical outlets and other miscellaneous work associated with the project. B.The OWNER prefers a construction schedule in which construction impacts the operation of the facility for the shortest time period. Bidders should procure all necessary supplies before commencing construction. Once demolition activities begin, the contractor shall execute the work as efficiently aspossible so as to minimize disruption to the operation of the facility.
