Specifications include, but are not limited to: An experienced project manager to oversee a two-phase voice acting workshop and audition for Cherokee speakers. The project manager will also be responsible for the audio recording and production of the auditions. Responsibilities: • Oversee the planning and execution of a two-phase working and recorded audition in the Cherokee language. • Coordinate with the voice acting coach, instructor and other staff members. • Ensure the workshop and audition are culturally sensitive and respectful to Cherokee traditions and values. • Manage timelines and resources to ensure the successful execution of the project. • Identify, address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the project. • Provide professional audio recording and production services for the auditions. Qualifications: • Proven experience as a project manager, preferably on projects produced in the Cherokee language. • Demonstrated experience working with Native American actors and understanding of the unique cultural nuances. • Familiarity with the representation of Native American voices in media and a commitment to authenticity and respect in such portrayals. • Understanding of voice acting techniques and the audition process. • Previous experience in production services, preferably on projects pertaining to Cherokee culture and language. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle project-related challenges.
